Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of TakeMyShift and the PickUp app, operated by Ultimate Advancement of Knowledge (UAOK), a nonprofit organization.

Who can use PickUp

PickUp is built for airline crew. You must sign up with your company email address (currently @wnco.com for Southwest crews) to create an account — personal email addresses cannot be used to sign up. You're responsible for keeping your login secure.

Your content

Trade posts, chat messages, and photos you share in the app are your responsibility. Don't post anything false, abusive, or unrelated to legitimate shift-trading and crew coordination. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.

SMS Terms: UAOK PickUp Alerts

Program: UAOK PickUp Alerts, operated by Ultimate Advancement of Knowledge (UAOK). When you opt in, you give your consent directly to Ultimate Advancement of Knowledge.

How you opt in: in the PickUp app, open Notifications, enter your mobile number under Text Message Alerts, and check the consent box (see the opt-in form). The box is never checked for you.

What you'll receive: automated text messages about shift trades, buddy bid matches, giveaway alerts, shift trade requests, and crew chat activity.

Text messaging consent is not a condition of using the app. You can use PickUp with text notifications turned off.

Games and rewards

AirMiles and Game Points earned in the app have no cash value and can only be redeemed for the rewards listed in Incentives. We can adjust the rewards catalog or point values at any time.

No warranty

PickUp is provided as-is. We work to keep trades, chat, and notifications accurate and running, but we don't guarantee the app will be error-free or available at all times.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
