Set up your profile

Sign up with your @wnco.com company email — that's what keeps the app crew-only. Then fill in the basics: your base airport, employee number, and a mobile number. Your base airport is what powers your city chat room and shows up next to your name; your mobile number is what notifications go to.

Browse the trade board

Tap Type of Trades to see everything open right now, sorted into the four trade types.

• BuddyBid — coordinate bidding with someone else
• Shift Trade — a straight one-for-one swap
• Giveaway — a shift someone's giving up, no trade needed
• Time Trade — trade hours or part of a shift

Post your own trade

Pick the trade type that matches what you need, fill in the shift details, and post it. It's live on the board immediately for your base to see.

Pick up or respond to a trade

See something that works for you? Tap it, then either pick it up directly or start a chat about it. Either way, a private chat with the original poster opens automatically so you can nail down the details.

Use Chat Room

Chat has two tabs: your base's live city chat, and your private one-on-one conversations. Send text, photos, or emoji reactions — everything updates in real time.

Track hours with Opus

Opus keeps a running total of your worked hours, right from the home screen — no separate spreadsheet needed.

Play games, earn AirMiles

Tap Games to see who's online right now and jump into Bingo Blitz, Checkers, Altitude 21, or Run the Line. Every game earns Game Points and AirMiles you can redeem from Incentives. These are in-app points only: they have no cash value, and the games never use real money.
